Course content may include videos, documents, presentations, quizzes, code, exercises, images, text, audio and other educational materials.
All content provided by BDH or its authorised instructors remains protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated.
Your course enrolment does not transfer ownership of the underlying course content to you.
5. Educational Disclaimer
Our courses and learning materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Completion of a course does not guarantee:
• Employment
• Promotion
• Admission to an institution
• Professional licensing
• Business success
• A particular income
• A specific examination result.
You are responsible for applying information obtained through our courses appropriately.
6. Quizzes and Assessments
Some courses may require students to complete quizzes or assessments before receiving a certificate.
Where a course requires a passing score, BDH may determine certificate eligibility based on the applicable assessment requirements.
You must complete assessments honestly.
You may not:
• Share answers for the purpose of defeating assessment requirements
• Manipulate quiz results
• Circumvent assessment systems
• Use another person's account to complete an assessment.
BDH may invalidate a certificate where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, cheating, impersonation or manipulation.
7. Certificates
Certificates may be issued after satisfying the requirements specified for the relevant course.
A certificate confirms completion of the applicable BDH course requirements. It does not necessarily represent accreditation, licensing, professional certification or recognition by a government agency, university, employer or professional body unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to correct, revoke or reissue certificates where an administrative error, fraud, cheating or other legitimate reason requires correction.
8. Course Ratings and Reviews
Where available, students may submit course ratings and reviews.
You agree that your submissions must:
• Be truthful and based on your genuine experience
• Not contain unlawful or defamatory content
• Not contain threats or harassment
• Not contain another person's private information
• Not infringe intellectual-property rights
• Not contain malicious code or spam.
BDH may remove reviews that violate these requirements or applicable law.
9. Payments
Some courses and services may require payment.
Prices will be displayed before purchase.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and policies may also apply to your transaction.
BDH does not intentionally request or require users to send complete payment-card credentials through ordinary support messages.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased and any refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.
For paid courses, the applicable refund terms should be reviewed before completing payment.
For IT services, cancellation, deposits, milestones, refunds and project-specific payment terms may be stated in a separate agreement, quotation, invoice or service contract.
Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding a specific service, the specific agreement may control that service.

Project requirements may include:
• Scope
• Deliverables
• Timeline
• Fees

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission.
14. User-Submitted Content
If you submit a review, comment, suggestion, feedback or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
You grant BDH a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display and publish such content for legitimate platform, promotional, administrative, or service-related purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.
We will not claim ownership of your underlying intellectual property merely because you submit it to us.

This may include loss of data, business opportunities, income or anticipated results, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the platform, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by BDH's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of:
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Unlawful activity
• Security threats
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of course materials
• Certificate or assessment fraud
• Other serious violations.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not automatically remove obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.
21. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue the dispute through the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
